On Monday 54 men from Wimmera Veteran Golfers arrived at Stawell Golf Club, along with three of the ladies from Wimmera Senior Ladies Golfers, representing Dimboola and Minyip.
It was a great day for golf. The weather was perfect and the course was looking great after the weekend’s rain.
The players would like to thank the Stawell Club for hosting the event and for providing a lovely afternoon tea.

The next game for the year for our Wimmera Vets / Senior Ladies will be in Horsham on Monday March 27.
Registration will open at 12.30pm, for a prompt 1pm shotgun start.
Please get in contact with your Committee to let them know beforehand if you will be playing so that we can have your cards ready when you get there, and let us know your Golflink number.
Gents, contact David Baxter; Ladies contact Jo Donnelly.
Please note that there will not be any catering at the next game, so if you think you’ll be peckish you might need to bring something to eat on the course.
Good hitting all.
