Telstra fixing problem but disruptions remain
TODAY’S Telstra outage looks to be diminishing in effect, but its effect on V/Line train services has not yet been resolved.
Telstra have said it has "made good progress restoring services, with around 90 percent of calls and data now flowing successfully across the network".
