Four Wimmera teenagers are this week enjoying an adventure they won't forget.
The four, all Scouts, have flown to South Korea to attend the 25th World Scout Jamboree.
Oscar Nuske, Shivansh Bhutan and Hannah from 4th Horsham Scouts, and scout leader Lachlan North from 2nd Horsham Scouts, are among the 800-strong Australian contingent.
Oscar and Shivansh are from Horsham, Lachlan is from Edenhope and Hannah from Kaniva.
About 50,000 Scouts from 200 countries are attending the Jamboree in Saemangeum. Activities include abseiling, canoeing, bike riding, archery, rock climbing, "a day in the mud", overnight experiences and city excursions.
The Scouts will stay in tents for the event, from August 1 to 12, and are preparing and cooking their own food throughout.
Oscar's father Darren Nuske said the four were very excited.
