Swifts face Noradjuha Quantong juggernaut
The Swifts will travel to take on league leaders Noradjuha Quantong this Saturday in round 10 of men’s senior football in the Horsham District Football Netball League.

After a strong 4-1 start to the season, the Swifts suffered two close losses to Harrow Balmoral (62-54) and Pimpinio (62-45), before recording a come-from-behind victory against Kaniva Leeor in round nine.
For Noradjuha Quantong, the matchup is their third straight game against a fellow top-five team in what is undoubtedly their toughest stretch of games yet.
But the Bombers have continued to prove themselves, securing an 87-52 victory over reigning premiers Harrow Balmoral and a hard-fought 55-21 win over Pimpinio in round nine.
Despite the big challenge ahead, Swifts coach Brett Hargreaves is viewing the game as a chance to test themselves.
“I think the game is just a free swing for us,” Hargreaves said.
“We get to go and have a look at them, see what they're about, what they do.
“Hopefully we get to play them again in the finals.”
As well as an imposing Bombers offence, the Swifts go up against their strong defence, who will be attempting to shut down the likes of Swifts forward Jordan Motton.
Hargreaves is looking forward to the matchup between the Swifts’ potent offence and Noradjuha Quantong’s defence.
“They look strong across a lot of lines,” Hargreaves said.
“They haven’t been letting teams kick much of a score on them, which I find interesting because scoring heavily, that's sort of our key thing.”
