Horsham College students celebrated Harmony Week with a lunchtime fiesta last week.
The students had a free dress day for the 50-minute fiesta at the campus on Thursday March 23.
Various activities were based around traditional clothing, food and games, with the highlight being a group of the Karen students who performed a dance for onlookers.
Students set up stalls on the campus's grassy area where they could play games and relax with some food and drinks.
The audience used chopsticks to try eating nasi goreng (fried rice) prepared by the VET kitchen operations students.
Hundreds of Kopita lollipops and more than 130 packets of Biscoff biscuits were consumed as students tried to determine where traditional meals and outfits came from.
Students participated in games and crafts in German and Spanish with the help of the school's language department, savouring Easter eggs while doing so.
They also took ‘doughnut limbo’ into the global games section this year – something that looked messy, fun and delicious.
