Students shine in Horsham College's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
A must-see student production from August 15-17 at the Town Hall.
The stage is set for Horsham College's highly anticipated production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Students and staff have worked tirelessly for more than 10 weeks to bring the school production to life.
Emily Friedrichsen, Performing Arts teacher and production director, emphasised that the beloved pantomime has been a whole-school effort.
"Students have been working incredibly hard on putting together school production," she said earlier this month.
"Production this year has allowed to engage our students in applied learning and showing them where the skills they are learning in the classroom can actually take them for a career.
"This year, students from Year 8 Theatre Studies, Year 9 Sketchy As and Year 7 Drama all had a hand in creating and developing part of the set, props and costumes.
"Sketch As students, followed the design process to create the steampunk hats you see on stage, Theatre studies students designed the sets and some costumes and the year 7 drama students learnt basic skills in set painting."
The result is a family-friendly pantomime full of laughs and audience interaction, showcasing the fabulous work of these talented students.
