Locals and visitors will be looking forward to Easter and what it brings to all.

To share the joy of Easter and provide events, the Christian Churches will be hosting various services, which will be advertised and in posters around the town.

As usual, all postal addresses will receive a brochure with the Easter message.

To add interest for the town and provide another activity for families and individuals over Easter, there will be an Easter Trail around Lake Lascelles in Hopetoun - nine locations where the original Easter story can be found.

It is hoped that many will take advantage of this opportunity to visit the lake, enjoy a picnic and enjoy a stroll around, as well as discover what the first Easter was about.
