Lauren Cordwell has been appointed as the next CEO of Rural Workforce Agency Victoria (RWAV).
After undertaking an extensive recruitment effort over the past few months, the RWAV board identified Ms Cordwell as an outstanding candidate.
For more than five years at RWAV, she has demonstrated exceptional strategic vision as the organisation's general manager by being at the forefront of leading a number of practical solutions to address rural health challenges for communities in Victoria.

Ms Cordwell has successfully led significant reforms during her time as GM.
She also brings to the role her extensive experience in healthcare leadership to the role, having spent more than two decades implementing innovative programs.
