Rupanyup take on Pimpinio

Both Rupanyup and Pimpinio will be aiming to return to the winners' table when they meet each other in men’s senior football this Saturday in round 10 of the Horsham District Football Netball League.

Rupanyup will host Saturday’s clash, and are looking to end their current three-game losing streak.

The Panthers are currently ninth on the ladder, and a win will be pivotal in keeping their finals chances alive. 

Pimpinio enter the game coming off two straight losses: a 143-54 loss to Kaniva Leeor and a 55-21 defeat to league leaders Noradjuha Quantong in round nine. 

A win on Saturday would put the Tigers two wins clear of Kaniva, who are sixth, and would be pivotal in their push to make finals as the league enters the second half of the season. 

Questionmarks remain on the fitness of a number of key players from both sides, including Rupanyup coach Cam Weston and key Pimpinio midfielder Matt Rosier.
