Rotary exchangee marries in Finland
On September 7 my husband Ray and I attended the wedding of Ilkka Poti to Elina in Finland.

We were invited as part of his family, which made us feel very special.
Ilkka was a Rotary exchange student based in Warracknabeal in 2007 and stayed with us for about four months.
He also stayed with Ben and Joan Bentley, Ian and Lorraine Penny and John and Marie Aitken.
He now has two children: Marlo, 5, and Mona, 3.
He is a very successful businessman, CEO and co-owner of a large organisation that helps teenagers who need help for various reasons, as well as other businesses and assets.
Ilkka has not changed from when he was residing in Warracknabeal - still loveable, caring and a bit of a character.
Ray and I both loved Finland and hope to return one day.
The people there are lovely and made us feel very welcome.
