Last Wednesday, after a chilly start, eleven players enjoyed a very pleasant day on the green.
This was the last practice session before the pennant season kicks off.
Janet Donnelly started the day in outstanding form with two big wins before a narrow loss, leaving her the day’s top scorer on 27 hoops.
John Lehmann finished only one hoop behind but won all three games for the day.
The only other three game winner was Bob Gooding who showed consistency to win each game seven hoops to six and finished two hoops behind John Moar who won two games for the day.
