Premiers crowned: The 2024 HDFNL football grand final in pictures
Four premiers were decided on North Park's football oval.
The Horsham District Football and Netball League have crowned its premiers for the 2024 season after a wet and windy day at Stawell's North Park on Saturday, September 14.
Harrow Balmoral made it back-to-back undefeated seasons with a 7.10 (52) - 5.9 (39) victory against Noradjuha Quantong in the seniors.
The umpires adjudged Southern Roos' Nick Pekin as best on ground.
Pekin was the only multiple-goal kicker on the ground with three majors.
Laharum overcame wild weather in the fourth quarter of the reserves and took a 7.5 (47) - 4.6 (30) win against the Swifts.
In the under-17s, four goals from Pimpinio's Brydon McPhee led his side to a 34-point win.
The Tigers defeated Laharum 12.18 (90) - 7.14 (56).
The under-14s decider saw Edenhope Apsley defeat Noradjuha Quantong 8.3 (51) - 3.11 (29).
It was the long road to glory for the Saints after a third-place finish in the regular season, which meant that it played every week of the finals.
