Par change of pace
Last Sunday, 18 members of the Dimboola Golf Club had a change of pace with a Par round of golf. The standout winner of the day was Jayden Kuhne with a fantastic score of +4. Runner-up was Mick Polycarpou with a score of “square”, on a countback...
Last Sunday, 18 members of the Dimboola Golf Club had a change of pace with a Par round of golf.
The standout winner of the day was Jayden Kuhne with a fantastic score of +4.
Runner-up was Mick Polycarpou with a score of “square”, on a countback with Wendy Norton and Paul Hutchinson.
Nearest the pins for the day were Darcy Gazelle and Wendy Norton on the 4th, no-one on the 18th, and Ray Robinson on the 13th Money Hole.
It was also the final round of the Singles Knockout, and Mick Polycarpou defeated Mick Fitzgerald.

Next week, we will be playing a Stableford round on Saturday August 26, which will also be the final round of the Fourball Knockout.
On Wednesday August 16 we had a great Ladies Day - as usual - with Heather Richards winning the day, followed by Leeann Barber as our runner-up for the day (those lessons are really paying off, Leeann!).
Heather had a fantastic chip-in on the 8th hole, followed by Kneller Lehmann - who wasn’t going to be outdone, as she proceeded to chip it in as well, also on the 8th hole.
We would love to have some new players, so if you would like to join the ladies on Wednesdays, be at Dimboola Golf Club by 10.30am. We have some spare clubs at the clubhouse you can use.
The course is looking fantastic!
