Neighbourly neighbours

Being kind to everyone we come across and helping those in need is a popular theme in our communities.

People who help others out are often described as a “good Samaritan” - taking the story from the Bible about who we are called to help.

This was the theme of last month’s Come & C-Church.

We spent the time finding out more about who our neighbours are, and how to be kind to others, just as we would like others to be kind to us.

People of all ages get together at Come adn C-Church to have fun and share the Good News.

This Sunday, at the Southern Mallee Co-Operative Parish, any interested people are invited to join the party as we find out what it is like to be blind and receive sight.

The gathering starts at 4.30pm, at the King Street Church Hall in Rainbow, and finishes with a shared meal.

All are welcome.
