Monthly friends catch-up
A crowd of 23 people attended the latest monthly Friendship Group social gathering at the Uniting Church hall, to enjoy a morning cuppa and chat.

To start the day, the attendees celebrating a birthday in November, who was Fay Campbell was acknowledged and given a chocolate bar, while the crowd burst into song.
Two lucky door prizes were drawn, with Lola Crossier and Merle Picone being the lucky winners.

Guest speaker for the day was Mrs Monica Revell, Hindmarsh Shire Council CEO, who imparted information about council services, and humorous stories about her private life, before answering several questions from the captivated crowd.
