Laharum expecting hard fought semi-final against Bombers | HDFNL finals
Laharum takes on Noradjuha Quantong in Edenhope.
After taking the first week of finals off, the Laharum Demons and the Noradjuha Quantong Bombers will clash on Saturday, August 31, with a spot in the 2024 grand final up for grabs.
Laharum's A-grade netball coach, Bec McIntyre said her side is 'absolutely excited' to take on finals but her side is this match 'just a normal game.'

"We know that obviously we finished on top at the end of the season but for us, when finals starts it's zero-zero," she said.
"We're just taking it one week at a time, even though we know that we've got the double chance.
"We know it's going to be a hard fought game, whoever plays four quarters of netball is going to win."
The only time the two sides met during the season was in round five, where Laharum secured a three-goal victory.
But, with such a long gap between the two side's meeting, McIntyre isn't taking much from that game.
"They've 100 per cent improved and so have we," McIntyre said.
But, with little understanding of where each side sits competitively, McIntyre said it is exciting to get on court and to see what happens.
"We absolutely know it's gonna be tough, and they are really good team, and we know that we're a good team too so it should be a really good game," she said.
Needing a strong finish to the season, the Noradjuha Quantong Bombers delivered just that.
The side claimed five wins from five games, including one against Rupanyup, to surge into second place.
Now the side will be hoping that momentum can translate into finals.
Elsewhere on Saturday, August 31, it will be a busy day for Kalkee's netballers, the club has a team playing in every grade besides A grade.
In B grade, Natimuk United looks to challenge the Kees while Noradjuha Quantong will oppose the red and blue in both C grade and C reserve.
Harrow Balmoral takes on Kalkee in the 17 & under clash.
And, Kalkee meets Rupanyup in both the 15 & under and 13 & under matchups at Edenhope Recreation Reserve.
