I nominated for the council elections because I am committed to our community and passionate about our town and the Shire.
I aim to ensure sustainable, vibrant, and proactive communities now and in the future. Seeing our communities grow and prosper is a priority.
My skills include 16 years as a Councillor and five years as Mayor, coupled with many community-based roles and professional employment within the community services sector.
I am a strong advocate, always prioritising the needs of our residents.
I nominated because I understand our community's critical issues, including agricultural challenges and changes, rate capping, cost of living, housing availability, road conditions, education, health and essential council services.
I am approachable, listen to and engage with our community, and can partner with the community to advocate for these issues.
I look forward to working with our community, for our community.
