Only buyers can decide whether this Horsham farm is considered too 'deer'
Former Wimmera deer farm switches its focus to cropping.

A former deer farm near Horsham offers buyers opportunities with a full conversion back to cropping.
But with extensive deer fencing still in place plus the processing facility, all options remain open.
Koringal is in Lower Norton, about 20km south-west of Horsham in the Wimmera and comprises 575 hectares (1422 acres).
The property is being offer for sale as a whole or in three lots.
No suggested price has been listed with the sale.
Those lots are - lot one 220ha (544 acres), low two 182ha (450 acres) and lot three 173ha (428 acres).
The first lot contains the bulk of the farm infrastructure including the shedding and three-bedroom home.
The third lot faces the Lower Norton-Nurrabiel Road.

Previously a well-known deer farm in the district, this property includes extensive deer fencing plus a complete harvesting/sorting shed with cool rooms.
Koringal is today predominately run as a cropping farm although it still retains its stock laneway system.
It has Grampians Wimmera Mallee water piped to stock troughs and catchment dams are dotted about the entire property.
The farm has a three-stand shearing shed and steel sheep yards.
There is sundry shedding, including storage and large machinery sheds plus three 70 tonne silos.
Soils across the property range from good grey loamy soil to the odd buckshot rise.
Selling agents said the land's undulation and shelter belts provide the farm the flexibility for a mixed farming enterprise.
The three-bedroom rendered brick home home is a feature of Koringal.
The homestead has three double bedrooms with WIR to their own ensuites, plus a fourth bedroom or study.
It has a spacious, modern kitchen and dining area with a separate family lounge, theatre room, a second lounge, extensive outdoor pergola and inground swimming pool.
There is split system heating and cooling throughout with the addition of a wood fire.
This Horsham district farm's current lease agreement ends in late February next year.
