Knott impressed with ball movement in Saints win against Burras | WFNL R16

A five-goal third term has helped the Horsham Saints to a 13.13 (91) - 11.9 (75) victory against Minyip Murtoa in round 16 of the WFNL on Saturday, August 10.
Saints' senior coach Ben Knott was pleased with how his side responded after a tight first term.
"At quarter time, we came in and thought the game looked the way we wanted it to," Knott said post-match.
"They stretched us a bit [in our back half], so we needed to adjust and get it to ground a bit more because that's where we thought we had the advantage."
Knott was happy with a near full-game display after some tough matches [before the bye] against Southern Mallee and Ararat.
We're pretty competitive with them, so we're building to this. So it was good to see them put it together for a longer period of time," he said.
"I thought today we moved the ball as well as we had for a while, which is pleasing."
There was a late change from the Burras as Mackinnon Rogers replaced Ben McIntyre.
Minyip Murtoa dominated territory from the opening bounce, and Tanner Smith kicked back-to-back goals.
Jacob O'Beirne then marked his return with the Saints' first after six minutes.
The Saints kicked two goals to one for the rest of the term as the home side led by a point at the first change.
O'Beirne added his third goal early in the second term as the Saints got outside a goal.
The home side continued to dominate territory and possession as an Adrianne Lupton major extended the lead to 16 points.
Mitch Martin kicked the Saints' third goal of the term as it led by 23 points at the long break.
O'Beirne's fourth goal got the second half off to the perfect start for the Saints before Jae McGrath replied for the Burras.
The Saints added four goals to two for the remainder of the term and led by 34 points at the last change.
Minyip Murtoa got the crucial first goal of the final term through Kade Petering; however, Jack Henry replied minutes later.
The Burras kicked the last four goals but could not reel in the home side with a final margin of 16 points.
Southern Mallee v Nhill
A five-goal final term was not enough for Nhill as it was defeated by the Thunder 14.17 (101) - 8.5 (53) at Rainbow Recreation Reserve.
Southern Mallee kicked at least three goals in every quarter en route to the eight-goal win.
Thomas Clarke booted four goals for the home side.
Sam White and captain Coleman Schache finished atop the best.
Xavier Bone kicked three goals for the Tigers.
Jake McQueen and Deek Roberts featured in the best.
Ararat v Dimboola
Ten goals from Jack Ganley have led the Rats to a percentage-boosting 23.17 (155) - 5.5 (35) win against Dimboola at Alexandra Oval.
A seven-goal second term gave Ararat a 64-point lead at the long break.
Key defender Baydn Cosgriff joined Ganley atop the best.
Michael Pohlner and Jaara Secombe added two goals for the Roos.
Andrew Moore and Jack Landt were featured in the best.
Warrack v Stawell
Cody [eight] and Ash Driscoll [five] have combined for 13 goals in the Warriors' 24.12 (156) - 7.5 (47) victory against Warrack at Anzac Park.
Senior coach Tom Eckel joined Cody Driscoll atop the best.
Kyle Cheney kicked four goals for Warrack, as Riley Morrow and Lachie Stewart featured in the best.
