PIMPINIO has retained its place in Horsham District netball A Grade ladder despite suffering a loss to third-placed Kalkee on Saturday.
The Tigers slipped to sixth place on the ladder but remain two points ahead of closest rival Jeparit Rainbow who suffered a loss to Noradjuha Quantong.
This weekend’s round of matches will hold some vital points for the top six contenders, with the match of the round taking place at Edenhope when the ladder leader hosts third-placed Kalkee.
Laharum will be favoured to claim the points over Natimuk United, while Noradjhua Quantong will also start a favourite when they host Taylors Lake, and Pimpinio should return to the winners list when they host bottom-placed Harrow Balmoral.
Jeparit Rainbow should keep in touch with the top six when they travel to North Park to play Swifts, and Rupanyup will take a guaranteed four points.
