"I've been involved in netball a long time and I've seen a lot of teams go undefeated all season and get beaten on that big day.
"So to hear that siren, to know that the girls got the result that they truly deserve, was just fantastic."
Saints' Lena Marshman put in a standout performance and was name best on court.
"She honestly is that glue for our team," said Taylor.
She drives the mid court, she takes control of the goal circle."
Taylor also commended her side's defence.
"Our defence end was exceptional," she said.
"Horsham Demons have got some fantastic goalers, so we knew our defenders would have to work really hard, and they did."
This premiership victory was made all the more special for the Saints coach by having her daughter Olivia in the team.
"It's really special," said Taylor.
"It's not easy having your mum as your coach, so I'm proud of how she's handled that with maturity."
