Horsham's walking headline
Community activist Peter Murray is putting his heart on his sleeve - or, to be more precise, on his chest and his back.
The former truckie is campaigning to change the culture at Horsham Rural City Council - and wearing headlines from The Horsham Times on a personalised t-shirt.
The longtime Horsham resident remembers when the council commanded enormous respect at the highest levels.
Now he believes it is "a disgrace".
His choice of headings - all from The Horsham Times over recent weeks - include: ''Council staff vote to oust their own boss" and "Groundhog day for new monitor".
He also displays a comment by Member for Lowan Emma Kealy after the state government installed a monitor instead of an administrator: "We can't continue to do the same thing and expect a different result".
"The people who ran Horsham have held it back," Mr Murray said.
"We need new faces and new ideas and I'm canvassing for the new candidates."
