A Horsham hotel has struck gold, with its guests helping earn it a top award.
Comfort Inn Park Horsham has been recongised by Choice Hotels Asia-Pacas as one of its best achievers in the Asia Pacific area - and not for the first time.
"We are beyond thrilled and honoured to receive this honour once again after 2020," owner and manager Liz Dahlenburg said.
"This award normally based on the reviews by the guests.
"It belongs to the team and their efforts, from the receptionist at the front desk to the maintenance worker at the back."
Ms Dahlenburg said the gold award recognised that the hotel gave its guests what they truly deserved.
"We are continuing to improve the standards of the hotel and renovating different parts of it according to guests' expectations," she said.
"We have refurbished 80 per cent of our beds andhave also erected an 80-panel rooftop solar system.”
The Choice Hotels Gold Awards for Australia and New Zealand are awarded to 19 Australian hotels for displaying excellence in guest service.
