Horsham City Pipe Band championship winners
Horsham Rural City Pipe Band travelled to Maryborough to compete in the Victorian Pipe Band Championships and came home with some wins.
Horsham Rural City Council competed in the Victorian Pipe Band competition and came home with awards.
The Band came fourth out of eleven entrants in the 4B competition and second in the street march.
Former Horsham resident Shaun Minne and his wife Chris came first in the drumming competition.
Sixteen members travelled to the competitions.

Memberships remain stable but young drummers would be welcome so if you have an interest in learning to play, the band members would be pleased to meet you.
The band was formed in 1923 and continues to encourage and promote the love of pipe band music and the wearing of highland dress at local events and competitions.
