Christine Hiscock had a great day on the croquet court last week, winning all three games to reach a total of 25 hoops and be the only player to win all three games.

Ricky Charlesworth had the best day of his short croquet life with two good wins and a close loss, finishing on 23 hoops.

The Croquet Club held its Annual General Meeting on February 14.

The executives and committee remain as last year with president Bob Gooding, vice-president Charles Rees, secretary Kelly Walker, treasurer John Moar and committee members Jean Bourke, Christine Hiscock and Judy Baker, who is also the club captain.

On Wednesday, eight Dimboola players joined 14 others from Horsham and Kalimna clubs to compete in the Wimmera Golf Croquet Pairs Championships.

While John Moar and Charles Rees found themselves outclassed in Division 1, Dimboola managed to bring home the Division 3 trophy.

Bob Gooding partnered with Alex Orcsik to win the championship, while Rick and Cathy Charlesworth were runners up.
