Get to know Jeparit's newest Preps
Jeparit Primary School has welcomed three Prep students this year: Harrison, Clara and Zarah.
Here the three tell the Rainbow-Jeparit Argus about their favourite things.
Harrison has a pet dog named Molly and his favourite thing to do at school is to play chasey.
His favourite colour is orange, his favourite food are brownies and nuggies, and his favourite animals are chooks and dogs.
Harrison says when he grows up he wants to be a monster truck driver or a chaser bin driver.
Clara's favourite colour is pink and her favourite food is bananas.
She has two cats named Meow and Spencer and her favourite animals are chooks.
Her favourite thing to do at school is learn numbers and says she wants to be a scooter rider at the Olympics when she grows up.
Zarah's favourite animal is a unicorn, she likes the colour pink and her favourite food is a tomato.

She has a pet dog named Buck and her favourite thing to do at school is to play with friends.
When she grows up, she wants to be a teacher.
"We've had a terrific start to the school year," principal Craig Donahoo said.
"A special welcome to Zara, Clara and Harrison who are our foundation students, experiencing their start to primary school learning.
"Last week we focused on getting used to school routines and learning behaviours in fun ways through discussions, playing games, singing songs, stories, gardening, drawing, painting and sharing some healthy food.
"We started making ‘All About Me Posters’ and students had their first martial arts lesson, which requires some careful listening and co-ordination.
"It was also such a good start in terms of students practising their home reading.
"We're looking forward to a great term ahead."
