Final calendar photo call
National charity Rural Aid is putting out a final call for entries in its fifth annual photography competition.
Would-be entrants in the Wimmera Mallee have just a couple of weeks left in which to put themselves into the running for prizes in this year's Spirit of the Bush.
“The winning 12 photos are turned into a beautiful wall calendar,” Rural Aid CEO John Warlters said.
“I encourage amateurs, professionals and everyone in between to submit their photographs.”
Mr Warlters said a decision to shorten the competition window slightly meant photographers would need to submit images by October 1.
As well as having their photographs featured in the 2025 Rural Aid wall calendar, the 12 winners will also receive a $250 pre-paid VISA card each.
Entrants must submit a high-resolution, landscape-format image via Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #SOTB2024 and tag @ruralaid, or upload their photo through the Woobox link at www.ruralaid.org.au/spirit-of-the-bush
