Expo attendees will not be disappointed

The full schedule for the upcoming Yarriambiack Business Expo has been released by West Vic Business, and looks to be jam-packed with exciting talks and opportunities for local businesses to grow and flourish in the rural region.

Hosted at the Warracknabeal Town Hall on Tuesday June 25, the expo aims to illustrate how small businesses are an essential part of building the Yarriambiack Shire business brand, and how they fit into council's economic blueprint.

The doors to the Expo will open at 9am next Tuesday, and will welcome all small rural business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and community members who are interested in supporting local businesses.

"The Yarriambiack Business Expo is designed to equip these business owners with the tools and insights they need to succeed and grow," Yarriambiack Shire Council CEO Tammy Smith said.

Eight guest speakers will present their knowledge and insights between 9.30am and 11.30am, before the official launch of West Vic Business Yarriambiack at 11.55am.

Patrick White and Maggie Bridgewater from WSW Rural Finance Counselling Service will discuss an overview on services for business as a partner speaker at 11am.

Local speaker Jacqui James from EA for a Day will chat about tree change journey at 11.15am.

Telstra managers Joe Dunning and Kamini Kumaran will explore local business collaborations and small business services at 10.45am.

Dimboola Imaginarium owner Chan Uoy will discuss destination creation at 11.30am.

The Small Business Victoria Bus, Telstra Business Enterprise Va,n and the Donald Mineral Sands Coffee Van will also be onsite for attendees.

At 12pm, West Vic Business Yarriambiack's Mark Clyne will host a networking launch at the Creekside Hotel.
