Everyone feeling OK

Horsham College staff and students commemorated R U OK? Day on September 12 with their second annual Wellbeing Expo.

The lunchtime activity was attended by representatives from Mind Australia, headspace Horsham, Empire Youth, Doctors in Schools, Lister House Clinic, Horsham Rural City Council Youth and Horsham Crossfit, who each provided information and connections for students.

Fruit salad and custard was provided by the Chaplaincy Committee.

R U OK? Day is an annual national day of action that falls on the second Thursday of September to remind everyone to ask "are you okay?" on any day.
