Emergency services rescue man after truck roll over near Balmoral
Emergency crews work to free trapped driver outside Balmoral.
Update (7.30pm): Emergency services have freed the driver.
The driver was taken to the Hamilton hospital with minor injuries.
"A man in his 50s was taken to Western District Health Service Hamilton in a stable condition with upper body injuries," an Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said.
Earlier (4.20pm): Emergency services are working to free a man trapped in his truck after it rolled over on the outskirts of Balmoral, with responders from multiple agencies rushing to the scene just after noon.
Members from Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, the CFA and SES rushed to the corner of Kongbool and Colerain-Balmoral roads after the alarm bell was raised just before 12.30pm.
"Four CFA units alongside SES responded to a vehicle incident in Balmoral at around 12.25pm," A CFA spokesperson said.
"Units responded from Balmoral, Casterton and Vasey. Agriculture Victoria and a Vet were called to the scene."
The spokesperson said the incident was deemed under control at 2.10pm.
