Emergency services attend several incidents during busy holiday season
CFA, police and ambulance attend incidents across Horsham
Emergency services were called to address several incidents in Horsham over the Christmas/New Year period, including reports of a stolen vehicle fire, a grass fire, and a gas smell.
Police urge the public to contact them with information about a stolen vehicle that was destroyed by fire at Policeman's Paddock in Horsham in December.
The stolen car was destroyed by fire at Policeman's Paddock in Horsham on December 27, 2024, at 9:50pm.
A spokesperson for Horsham Police said, "Emergency services attended and extinguished the fire.
"The vehicle was a stolen Ford Falcon Station Wagon, stolen from the Horsham area."
Police have no further information but said they would be interested in hearing from anyone who could provide information about the vehicle's theft or the subsequent fire.

The CFA responded to a grass fire on Forsyth Ave, Horsham, at 8:46pm on Tuesday, December 31.
A spokesperson for the CFA said, "Crews arrived to find a lot of smoke.
"There were two vehicles from the Horsham Brigade on the scene.
"The incident was declared under control at 8.59pm and safe at 9.30pm.
"Victoria Police were also on scene."
On January 2, the Horsham CFA responded to reports of a gas smell at 2.28pm on Kalkee Rd in Horsham.
A CFA spokesperson said three vehicles from the Horsham Brigade attended the incident.
"The scene was declared under control at 2.59pm and safe at 3.13pm," the spokesperson said.
"Ambulance Victoria also attended the scene."
