Responding to strong reader and subscriber demand, The Wimmera Mail-Times introduced a dedicated regional property guide in Friday's edition.
With the conclusion of football finals, the end of school holidays, and the arrival of warmer weather, the timing was ideal for those looking to buy or sell property in the region.
This new lift-out will be the first of its kind in the Wimmera, featuring a comprehensive showcase of real estate agents and property listings from across Ararat, Stawell, Halls Gap, Horsham, and surrounding areas.
Readers can expect to find properties for sale, land sales and subdivisions, open inspection schedules, and rental availability-all conveniently compiled into a weekly 24-page supplement.
In addition to the print edition, which will be available to paid subscribers, the property guide is also accessible as a free digital flipbook.
