Demons head into finals in great form
The Horsham Demons senior women's team concluded their regular season with a comprehensive 76-point win over Tyrendarra at the Tyrendarra Football Ground.

The Demons held their opponents scoreless in the first half, taking a 21-point lead into half-time.
It was the third quarter where the Demons did the damage, kicking six goes to one to lead by 52 points at three-quarter time.
The last quarter was a formality. The Demons did not stop, kicking another four goals while holding Tyrendarra scoreless to run out 13.4.82 to 1.0.6 winners.
Vanilla Ika was sensational, kicking four goals for the Demons, with Alica Drew, Madeleine Huggins, and Crystal Summers kicking two apiece. Shannon Cross, Holly Nuske, and Elle Treloar also hit the scoreboard.
Dellie Brown was best on the ground for the Demons, with Bethany Bates and Maidson Churchill also outstanding.
Ebony Stiles was Tyrendarra's solitary goal kicker, with Heidi Jones and Macy Fuller among their best players.
The win secures second spot on the ladder, and they will now play Hamilton in the semi-finals.
The under-18 girls traveled to Portland and battled hard in their 46-point loss to the Tigers at Hanlon Park. Portland won 9.8.62 to 2.4.16.
Scarlett Abbott kicked the only two goals for the Demons,, while Amba Zolj, Maggie Fisher, Greta Arnel, Violet McGennisken,, and Tayla Hudson were all among the best players.
