Demons and Dimboola in clash of the round
It'll be a battle between fourth and third when Horsham hosts Dimboola in round five of Wimmera Football Netball League A grade netball on Saturday.
The Demons have played three games this season, claiming their first over Ararat by eight goals, then losing to the Saints by 20, before beating Nhill by 32.
Dimboola have played four matches this season, claiming the points against Minyip Murtoa by 31 goals, Ararat by 16 and Nhill by 30, but losing to Saints by 23.
With one team having lost to the Saints by 20 and the other by 23, the scene is set for what could be an exciting match-up between the Demons and Dimboola.
Imogen Worthy is currently third in the goal shooting for the league, behind Horsham Saints' Jorja Clode and Ararat's Maggie Astbury.
Worthy, from the Demons, has just cracked 100 goals this season, from 126 shots.
Dimboola's chief goalie, Nicole Polycarpou, has shot 80 goals from 102 shots.
Demons goal keeper Ebonie Salter has been in amazing form so far this season and will look to limit the conversion of Dimboola's goal shooter predominantly, in Polycarpou, while Polycarpou's teammate in Bridget Dorrington has also been terrific in goal defence and goal keeper.
Other games this Saturday include Horsham Saints v Warrack at Coughlin Park, Nhill v Stawell at Davis Park, and at Alexandra Oval, Ararat v Thunder.
Minyip Murtoa have the bye this week.
