"Spring forward, fall (autumn) back", is a great reminder phrase when it comes to time and daylight saving and the eternal question - does the time go forward or back one hour?

Daylight saving begins on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 2am, when clocks are moved one hour forward (as it is spring).

Unless, of course, it's your car's clock - most of us opt to just leave the damned thing be, rather than drag out the car manual to figure out how to change the time.

Luckily, for many of us, "time" is largely taken care of all by itself with the advent of smart devices.

However, for those using not-so-smart watches, clocks, and household appliances, you'll need to do it the old-fashioned way, that is, manually.

Daylight saving will end on Sunday, April 6, 2025.
