Cricketers to return to the crease for resumption of the 2023/24 HCA season
HCA A Grade action returns on Saturday, January 18.
After four weeks off, Horsham's A-grade cricketers will return for round 10 of the season on Saturday, January 18.
Ladders leaders West Wimmera will welcome the Horsham Tigers to Davis Park for one-day matches.
This will be the second time in three rounds the two teams have played; the Warriors won by 47 runs in round eight.
The key match-up for the Warriors will be against the grade's leading run-scorer, Angus Adams.
However, the home side possesses Nathan Alexander and Xavier Bone in their attack to try to limit Adams' influence.
With the ball in hand, the Tigers will turn to skipper Tyler Puls, who claimed 15 scalps in the first half of the season.
However, West Wimmera has depth with the willow, as Mitch Dahlenberg and Brad Alexander sit inside the top five in runs scored.
Second-placed Brim KSH travels to Sunnyside Recreation Reserve to play Homers.
