Council to meet again
Horsham Rural City Council is to hold its second unscheduled meeting in a fortnight.
Horsham Rural City Council municipal offices in Roberts Avenue, Horsham.
CEO Sunil Bhalla's resignation was announced on the morning after the last unscheduled meeting, on September 2.
Notice of another one - at 5.30pm on Monday September 16 - was confirmed this week.

Among nine items on the agenda are council's Public Transparency Policy, Local Government Inspectorate Investigation Outcome-Budget 2025-26 Plan and the Horsham South Draft Structure Plan.
HRCC enters "caretaker" mode from September 17, with restrictions on council decision-making.
