Council to lead initiative to boost housing
Yarriambiack Shire Council will lead a project, working with other councils and shires, to deliver an initiative to help boost housing supply across the region.
Rural Councils Victoria (RCV) has welcomed the state government’s announcement of a $200,000 grant to support a feasibility study and services pilot for the Shared Municipal Building Surveying Services initiative.
Yarriambiack Shire Council will lead the project and will work in partnership with Buloke, Hindmarsh and Loddon Shires, as well as Swan Hill Rural City Council.
