Last Sunday, 18 members played a Stroke round at Dimboola Golf Club.
The winner of the day was Gary Pohlner with a score of 83-13-70, on a countback with runner-up Mick Polycarpou on 91-21-70.
Nobody took nearest the pin on the 4th or 18th, but the Money Hole 13th was won by Jake Miller.
The Singles Knockout results saw Greg Proud lose to Mick Fitzgerald, and Nick Pietsch lose to Mick Polycarpou.
It was also the final for the Four-Ball Knockout and our winners for this year were announced, with Glen Ross and Ron Norton defeating Ross Howlett and Peter Frecker 5/4.
The July Monthly Medal on July 9 saw 15 contestants playing a Stroke round.
The winner of the day was our event sponsor Stoph Pilmore with a great score of 96-26-70.
Runner-up was Nick Pietsch with 85-12-73 on a countback with Gary Pohlner and Ron Norton.
Nearest the pin on the 4th was Ian Moorhead, the Money Hole 13th was won by Joe Hauselberger, and nobody claimed the 18th

Saturday’s game will be a Stableford round and the third round of the Winter Cup, as well as the completion of the Four-Ball Knockout’s third round.
Also, a reminder to everyone, our tournament starts on Thursday July 27 with a Men’s and Ladies’ 4BBB Stableford competition.
On July 30, we have a Three Person Ambrose, so get your tournament teams together.
