Mr Bryce, who now lives in Geelong, studied for eight years at Deakin University where he completed a Bachelor of Health Science in 2012 before further studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master of Applied Psychology.

Now a registered psychologist, nutritionist and researcher with expertise in mental health, neuroscience and holistic wellbeing, he brings his knowledge to help others improve their mental health and overall wellbeing, whether that involves managing stress, anxiety, low mood or brain fog or just wanting to feel and function at their best.

Backed by science, the book explores 10 critical factors that shape mental health and goes beyond traditional advice by looking at every area of life that impacts mental health.

Each chapter has easy-to-follow strategies and finishes with a simple checklist to help implement them, ranging from the food that's eaten and the quality of sleep to how much time is spent outdoors.

The book shows show to optimise these elements to being about a lasting positive change.

Mr Bryce said he wrote the book to create a clear and practical guide that combined the latest science with real-world strategies.

"I’ve seen firsthand how fragmented mental health advice can be," he said.

"People are often left confused, trying to piece together solutions from multiple sources – sometimes contradictory ones.

"With so much information out there it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, unsure of where to start or what really works."

He said he aimed to simplify mental health by taking a holistic approach that went beyond traditional one-on-one therapy.

"I wanted to create a resource that covers the essential areas of life – nutrition, sleep, movement and more – that contribute to overall wellbeing, helping people feel better, think clearer and live happier," Mr Bryce said.

"This book is for anyone who is tired of the confusion and ready to take actionable steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.

"It’s a comprehensive, science-backed plan to help you thrive, not just survive."

The book is available from Warracknabeal Post Office, Wheatlands and Unearthed Beauty for $25.

His mother, Mandy Bryce, is selling it directly and can be contacted on 0418 777 440.

It is also available online through retailers such as The Nile, Fishpond and Amazon.
