BrimKSH to host Wycheproof/Narraport
BrimKSH resume their Wimmera Mallee Cricket Association cricket season tomorrow when they host Wycheproof/Narraport at Brim Recreation Reserve.

Originally scheduled to play in round nine on December 16, due to harvest and player availability, both teams agreed to move the match to this weekend, a week before round ten gets underway on the Australia Day weekend.
BrimKSH are currently sitting second on the ladder, two games behind Donald Jeffcott and three games ahead of Marnoo whilst Wycheproof/Narraport are on the bottom without a win for the season.
Isaac McPherson is currently leading the run scoring for BrimKSH with 228 runs at an average of 114 with Jeremy Preston second with 178 runs and an average of 59.33. Chris McPherson is sitting next on 154 runs with a 38.5 average. Having three strong batsmen makes it hard for opposition teams.
The bowling has been sensational with Isaac McPherson and Charlie Dean both taking ten wickets this season with averages of 4.5 and 9.6 respectively. Lachlan McGinniss 8 and Kobe MacGregor 7 are the next best showing they don't rely on just one bowler.
Wycheproof/Narraport only have one player that has scored triple figures this season, with Thomas Trewin averaging 30 with 120 runs next to his name. He is their most important player as he has taken 10 wickets at an average of 9.3.
Chris McPherson said that now that harvest is over they have a full squad and are ready to attack the end of the season.
"It was always hard with harvest finding a full squad, but now that we are into a new year we will be at full strength and it will be all about gaining momentum for the end of the season," he said.
"Runs are always the key so we will be looking to continue to score runs the way we have. If you have the runs on the board then you can defend, but if you don't, it's an uphill battle."
