Beulah Library celebrates Luna Roo
Beulah Library joined libraries and schools across Australia to celebrate National Simultaneous Storytime with a Luna Roo-themed session for local children.
Jacob crafted a character out of paper cups.
The library held storytime on May 20 at 10am and continues to run after-school activities at 3.15pm every second Wednesday.
National Simultaneous Storytime took place on May 27, when more than two million people across Australia read Adrian Loyd’s Luna Roo together at 12pm.
Luna Roo tells the story of young Luna and her friends playing soccer in the outback.

Yarriambiack Libraries marked the occasion across all locations with storytime sessions and activities.
Each session included a reading of the book, craft activities where children made jumping kangaroos from paper cups and rubber bands, and friendly games of soccer.
