Another open day success at Arapiles Historical Society
The Arapiles Historical Society’s open day on Saturday November 2, was a resounding success, drawing in community members and history enthusiasts alike.

Visitors enjoyed displays of the historic Beard and Sission foundry machinery alongside other remarkable local artifacts.
The main shed bustled with a sausage sizzle and Dinky Di’s famous Devonshire tea and a car boot sale, creating a welcoming space for all.
The Natimuk Courthouse was the site of a special exhibit on the history of the Natimuk Brass Band, which also delighted attendees with a live, one-hour performance.

The event celebrated local heritage and brought the community together in a day of shared history and enjoyment.
