All smiles at the fete
The courtyard and gymnasium at the Warracknabeal Education Precinct was bustling with activity last Thursday evening during Warracknabeal Primary School's gala night.

Even with the unpredictable weather, attendees were treated to a wide range of activities and stalls, both inside and out. There was something for everyone.
Outside attendees enjoyed the popular rock climbing wall and a mini golf course set up on the basketball courts.
Tiny Goats and Co from Dimboola was also at the event, with the pen never empty with people, both young and old enjoying a pat and cuddle with the cute little babies.
1st Warracknabeal Scout Group had a stall set up on the grass, with members setting up a tent and showing people how to tie different sorts of knots that might come in handy one day.
They also had a target set up for everyone to practice their throwing aim.
Emergency services such as the SES and Warracknabeal Fire Brigade also attended, welcoming all ages to learn more about what they do.
Warracknabeal CFA also added a little extra, as they allowed everyone to have a go at using their fire fighting hoses.
As attendees walked inside the precinct's gymnasium, they were instantly greeted by live music and a display of art work pieces made by students.
A wide variety of stalls from the school community and local market holders were on offer, with badge making, temporary tattoos and a lucky dip open for people to participate in.
Parents Club was selling homemade baked goods with others selling showbags and goodies.
The crowd was kept fed by Warracknabeal Rotary Club as they cooked up a storm on the barbeque.
