All smiles as new dentist visits town
Dental patients in Nhill can now be treated closer to home thanks to West Wimmera Health Service welcoming Dr Hugo Hancock as visiting dentist.
Dr Hancock will be working from the dental clinic adjacent to the Nhill Hospital, with appointments available Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am to 4pm.
A range of dental services will be offered, including dentistry for both children and adults, cleaning and check-ups and root canal.
“I hope to provide a friendly and relaxed environment and put my patients at ease,” Dr Hancock said.
CEO West Wimmera Health Service Ritchie Dodds said he was thrilled to be able to offer the service to people across the region's communities.
"It means they’re able to access quality dental care closer to home,” Mr Dodds said.
“This new service is an extension of this commitment to the people of the communities we serve.”
Dr Hancock was born and raised in Melbourne, completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne before practising in Melbourne, Blackburn and Horsham.
