The new citizens are Christiaan Arnold Ebersohn, Ursula Ebersohn, Christian Frederik Ebersohn, Maria Elizabeth Ebersohn and Christiaan Arnold Ebersohn (originally from South Africa), Hanidyn Carroon Arter, Marvin Dan Galutan, Nina Pamela Galutan and Raphael Jesus Reyes (Philippines), Oladele Olukayod Adamu (UK), Egldijus Andiuskevicius (Lithuania), Minal Gupta (India), Eh Doh Soe Hserhei (Thailand), Paramanathan Kathiramalay (Singapore) and Kay Kue and Joe Zaw (Myanmar).
